With the Storey Management Module (Storey Manager for short) it is possible to define logical structures inside a drawing. Based on the hierarchy defined by the IAI (Industry Alliance for Interoperability)

you can manage multiple sites, buildings and storeys in one drawing. If you do not need the full hierarchy, you can limit it to display only the storeys.

One particular advantage compared to other solutions available on the market is, that the MUIGG-AEC Storey Manager does not force you to use a special layering schema. The names of layers will not be changed by the Storey Manager in any way.

Everything you draw will automatically be assigned to the current storey. You can activate another storey at any time, turning off other storeys. In order to be able to use snap points of another storey, you can "lock" entities on storeys which are not currently active to avoid unwanted modifications. You can also display all storeys and unlock them so that you can make modifications the span across storeys. Inside a storey you can also define different levels (split level).

You can move and copy a complete storey, building or even site with one single command. To make data exchange with your partners easier, there is also the option to export every storey to one single DWG file.
